Join this class where kids will have fun learning to make, bake and decorate cupcakes. They’ll learn how to add fillings and icing to their cupcakes, as well as simple techniques with piping tips and buttercream they make themselves. Ages 10+

You’ll learn: <li>Kitchen mixer and oven safety</li> <li>How to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients and how to crack eggs</li> <li>How to keep fruit from sinking to the bottom of the batter</li> <li>How to fill cupcake pans with batter </li> <li>How to make various icings</li> <li>How to ice a cupcake</li> <p></p> <p><b>Kids’ Baking Cupcakes (Ages 10+)</b></p> <p><span style="background-color: #FFFF00">This class will only be held at The Wilton School in Darien, IL (Chicagoland area).
