Learn how to decorate sugar cookies and get stunning results by using techniques such as flooding and marbling. We'll also show you how to pipe icing to create three-dimensional details. Cookie and cookie icing recipes will be provided.

You’ll learn: <li>Learn cookie recipe hints and tricks</li> <li>Learn how to make and color royal icing</li> <li>Learn how to flood a cookie and complete wet on wet techniques such as dots and icing pull thru</li> <li>Learn how to marble colors</li> <li>Learn how to pipe a variety of techniques, including beads, bows, ruffles, shells, straight lines, rosettes and leaves</li> <li>Learn to decorate cookies with fun designs, such as stars, rosettes, polka dots, stripes and hearts</li> This class will only be held at The Wilton School in Darien, IL (Chicagoland area).
