In this 2-day class, our chefs will teach you how to make Croissants and Puff Pastry to rival any bakery. Learn how to properly work with light, pastry dough containing layers of butter using the laminating process to make delicious puff pastry. Fill your creations with sweet and savory fillings for Brie en croute, turnovers, and napoleons. You will learn how to use delicate dough to create crescent-shaped croissants that will melt in your mouth.
