You will learn the following techniques:


Kids will love these mini and hand-held apple pies. In this advanced kids’ class they will wow family members by learning to create a flaky, pastry dough pie crust. Three traditional pie finishes will be discussed and implemented: double crust, lattice, and crumb. Their delicious results go home to be shared and enjoyed! Must be at least 12 years old to enroll.
